Antonius Sanderus Views from the Chorographia sacra Brabantiae Antonius Sanderus, born 'Antoon Sanders' was a Flemish Catholic cleric and historian (1586-1664). During the 80-Years War he stayed in the Spanish Netherlands and produced two masterpieces: the Flandria Illustrata and the Chorografia sacra Brabantiae. From the latter work we present a number of abbeys and convents, of which many do not exist anymore or have only partly survived.
The Chorographia was first published in 1659 (2 vols.) It was reprinted by Blockhuyzen , who added several views.

We present the following views:
1 Mechelen, Jesuit college
2 Brussels Carmel monastery
3 Vorst: Benedictine monastery
4 Groot-Bijgaarden: Benedictine monastery
5 Antwerp: Carmel monastery
6 Brussels: Jesuit college
7 Arenberg: Celestine monastery

Each view at 300 euro.
